Friend issues

I have a best best best friend named Juliana shes cool and all but she likes me....she has tired asking me out countless times but i said that i wasn't interested. I was one of her best friends when she started 6th grade but know shes being a real bitch. Just because i don't want to date her she has blamed her problems on me and said she wanted to kill herself because of me. Now she just trusts her other friends and always ignores me....she tries to be all cool on wattpad and flirts with every girl she meets on there because she is desperate. She has like 10 different wattpad accounts. But the one she uses is @Xxthe-phone-womanxX I suggest nit to be friends with her because she has made me sad and alone.....and has hurt my feelings many times. She is a real bitch
