Hey so sorry guys about making this really late. Got a bunch of stuff going on that's on my plate so I haven't had time to update. I'll try my best to keep up with the one chapter within 2 weeks but I'll get them out as soon as I can. Hopefully I can manage.Hope you enjoy though ^_^
"How did you do this?!You got pummeled by Eric." Koneko asked while looking around at the rumbling
"You fools I let you hurt me while I put all my magical power into the structure of the castle where I put my fail safe. There's a barrier outside the walls that will keep you in and force you to be crushed"Tabenashi replied
"All of you get out of here while you can. I can promise you that he won't be going anywhere" Eric sternly said. Issei walks over to Blake and picks him up and he groans in pain
"Hang in there buddy we just gotta get out of here." Issei reassured Blake. Asia and Koneko along with Issei start moving towards the entrance
"No you don't" Tabenashi muttered while raising his palm towards them but Eric quickly caught his hand and punched him in the chest making him cough up blood. The others get to the staircase and start moving down
At the staircase with the other group
Rias,Akeno, and Rosweisse were panting with very little energy staying close to each other. Jay and Vali were in close combat with Itari. The two are barely being able to match him but they weren't as strong as him but the numbers seem to be lessening the gap after an exchange of blow between the three they backed off and then the tower started rumbling
"I know this spell... There's no way the master was defeated..."Itari stammered caught off guard. While he was looking up the staircase thinking about what could of happened Jay and Vali tried to take advantage of the opportunity and Vali divided Itari's power while Jay went in for a raikiri but Itari blew up the flooring of the staircase below Rias and Akeno making it so that they lost their balance and fall through the hole. Rosweisse caught Rias by her arm and held her there while Jay saw what happened and made a quick turn and dived in for Akeno and barely caught her arm with just his legs hanging onto the floor. Rias and Akeno were pulled up then everyone turned to Itari who was backing up the staircase
"Where are you going Lockhart? This fight isn't over" Jay stated
"This fight will be put on hold. Next time we meet we'll finish this. Don't be cowards and gang up. If you can't face me one on one you have no right to challenge me. I will say you made me try a bit, but even still your not on my level quite yet" Itari replied before floating up the stairs
"YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE LOCKHART!" Jay shouted while going in to charge Itari. Then Itari sent a small burst of magical power towards the ceiling which collapsed it and blocked the pathway between Itari and Jay. Jay tried to push through the rubble that keeps stacking on itself but Rias pulls his arm back
"Jay come on. We need to get out of here"Rias worryingly said
"Its rubble. Come on. We need to stop him and get to the others"Jay replied still pushing
"Its not just rubble. A large amount of magical power is surrounding the walls of this whole building"Rosweisse stated
"That's all the more reason we need to get to them!"Jay almost shouted back
"They can handle themselves. Believe me. We need to go back and get kiba,xenovia,and Irina out. We don't know what happened to them. You can feel it can't you? Eric's magical power. Whoever is up there. They'll be able to get out"Rias said in a calming tone. While she was mentioning Eric Vali turned to her and felt the same power now that he realized it was there. Jay stopped pushing realizing what could happen if this goes wrong
"Roseweisse, why cant we just bust out the walls and leave?"Jay asked
"There's a preset spell running through the structure with an immense amount of magical power keeping it going. It will absorb any attack and use it to make itself stronger and reflecting it back to the attacker"Rosweisse explained. Jay just nodded his head and turned to Vali
"Eric and the others will get out. Can you help us get everyone else out?"Jay asked. Vali nods and everyone turns facing the bottom of the staircase and started traversing it
*The top of the Castle Staircase*
Blake,Asia,Koneko,and Issei are walking down the stairs as soon as they can. Blake still moaning in pain while being carried by Issei
"Do you really think Eric will be ok by himself up there?"Asia asked worried about his safety
"I believe he can get out. He wanted to stay,so he has his reasons. I think that was clear from that fight. We wouldn't be able to help anyways. We probably would've only gotten in his way"Koneko assured then they all stopped as they felt the strong presence going up the staircase. It was Itari making his way up
"Get behind me"Koneko orders as she gets in front of everyone ready to defend but visibly nervous and shaking. Itari appears and stops to examine them quickly
"I don't have time for you worms!"Itari shouts as he flies past. Koneko sighs of relief and then shock covers her face as she realized Eric might have to face both him and Tabenashi
"We need to get to the others to figure this out"Koneko states as the others just follow behind her as she kept moving
"Eric is gonna need help from them of we're gonna win"Issei thought out loud but then slowed down then stopped completely. They all are blocked off by the rubble created by Itari
"Oh no..."Asia said in a worried tone
