Dear diary,
Today was wonderful! Mother made a delicious breakfast, and I had so much fun at school! We colored flags, and I drew fireworks! When I got home from school today dad had a surprise waiting for us, it was a really big firework he bought! Kaleb didn't seem as excited as me about it, even when dad told him he was old enough to light it himself. Once it started getting I could hear all the other fireworks around us going off, I couldn't wait to see ours. Dad went and lit the firework and it was amazing! There were so many pretty colors, I wish every day could be like this one.
