Dear diary,
Today was wonderful! Kaleb came and woke me up this morning and asked me what day it was, I was so excited to tell him it's the 4th of July! He left for school in a hurry. Mom made an amazing breakfast, and school was awesome! We got to color in flags and I drew some sparkly fireworks! When I got home from school dad had a surprise waiting for us, it was a HUGE firework! I was so excited to see it go off I couldn't wait! When night finally came we could hear other fireworks exploding so dad said we could light ours. He lit it and ran back to the house, it was so pretty! The colors were better than I thought, I wish every day could be like this!
