Personality: Rue is quiet and not very enthusiastic about much. She doesn't really listen to anyone, unless she finds someone she likes, in that case she'd treat them as her parent and listen to them. Deep down she's a sweet and curious girl, enjoying playing with toys like blocks
Quirk: she has a small mix of quirks, winding up with a very strong Telekinesis quirk
She can lift things nearly the size of a double decker bus and float in the air. She has incredible healing and regeneration powers. And lastly, she can read minds. All of her abilities get amplified if she gets upset and cries, which is what lead to her discovery by heros and her being taken away from the league of villains
Backstory: unlike most Nomus, she was created from an Orphan baby that was quirk less and abandoned. She lived with the Leauge of villains, latching to Dabi when she was taken out of her experiment area and the male being pinned as her guardian, because obviously someone had to watch her. Whoever she gets attached to is who can control her, therefore if she gets attached to a hero they can teach her properly. When she gets taken away from the league, she winds up attached to Endeavor of all people, and gets upset when she isnt holding his or Shoto's hand (she knows Dabi is a Todoroki, and seems to have an attachment to the family's warm body's. She even likes the siblings and Rei, but likes Enji and Shoto the best)
Looks: she doesn't like shoes, as she doesn't usually walk, she floats
