The drawback is that she can only grow the ice up to three feet around herself, and can only make spikes about 10 feet long

Backstory: like Todoroki, she was the result of her father buying her mother. She was a failure, and her mother had passed away when she was born. So her father sold her off to make some money, all the mistreatment lead her to be nearly emotionless. One day she was being walked to the next person that bought her, the person leading her by a rope tied around her waist. The pro hero Erasure Head saw this, and asked the man why she was on a rope. The man explained she was flea ridden, and as soon as he found out what was happening, he arrested the man and took her to UA after getting her a bath and clean clothes. Nezu wrote down different names and laid them out in front of her, explaining that whichever she picked decided who would adopt her. She picked Mijo, and was adopted by Nezu himself
