Ruv x Non-binary!Reader

... idk, i couldn't come up with a prologue for this one.

"Goddamnit, could you both be quiet for five seconds??" Ruv asks, meanwhile you and Sarv were too busy laughing at some dumb shit you saw on social media.

"S-sorry, Ruv HA!" You 'apologize,' and go back to scrolling. "Whatever, just keep it down," Ruv asks going back to his room.

It was three in the morning, and both you and Sarv couldn't sleep. So instead you decided to watch a movie with her, but you just ended up turning on your phone and going through it the whole time.
"Pfft—hey, hey, Sarv, look at this," she leans over towards your phone, tries to hold in her laughter, but fails.

Ruv bursts out of his room again, "Alright, I'm taking it," he snatches the phone out of your hand and puts it on top of the refrigerator. "I-wha-dude!!" You shout, upset that your device isn't within reach. "C'mon, Ruv, give them their phone back," Sarv asks.
"No."

"Please??" You ask
"No,"
"Pretty please??"
"Ew," he walks off again, but this time you followed him.

You see him begin to lie back down in his bed, and you decided to do the same (lol). It took Ruv a few seconds to notice that you were in the room with him, but once he did he sat back up, only to mentally judge you. "Jesus Christ—Y/N, what are you doing in here?"
You look up at him innocently, and respond with, "I want my phone back."
"Tch, then get it yourself."
"Umm, I obviously can't, Ruv. I'm not necessarily the height of fuckin Bigfoot over here," you say, hinting at how tall he is, causing him to snicker a bit.

"You need a break from it anyway," he begins laying back down now, but you refused to leave. Instead, you roll closer to him, which draws him several questions.
Now being close enough to be held by him, you continue to ask for your phone, of course his response was still a blunt "no,"

About five minutes goes by, and you start to close your eyes.
You're not going to lie, being in Ruv's presence, with a silence in the room that isn't awkward, is quite comfortable to say the least.
Randomly, you face your body to his side (he's laying on his back) and wrap one of your arms around his torso, making him go wide-eyed.
'God-fucking-damnit,' he thought to himself.

You, of course, couldn't see it, but he was uncontrollably blushing.
Though hesitant, he then turns his body and wraps his arms around you, which definitely surprises you.

Now you're both facing each other, pretty much staring.
Your eyes glance down at his lips then back up to his eye, he seemingly does the same, but you couldn't tell.
Then the expected unexpected happened, and he kissed you, with you eventually kissing him back.

The kiss was soft and you could tell it was genuine. You, somehow, move even closer to him and he now had his arms around your waist/lower back.

Both of you pulled away at the same time and looked at each other once more.
You softly laugh and kiss him again, feeling a want in your body for more.
"Aww, that's so sweet," Sarv says from the doorway.

You both turned and stared at her questioningly, "When .. did you even open the door??" You ask.
"Just now, actually. I finally got your phone down from the fridge, so you can take it back now," she smiles holding the phone out to you.

You thought for a moment, looking back at Ruv, then back at Sarv.
"Eh, no thanks," you say laying back down in Ruv's arms.

"I need a break from it anyway."
