I hear loud shut.

He's gone and I'm safe...for now at least.

I use what energy I have left to stand. God, I feel so weak. So useless and weak...

I Ignore the thoughts and wobble my way to the bathroom. I decided to take a shower, Clean off the blood that's on me. I know it will make me feel tired and hungry but it doesn't matter.

Nothing matters? No, something matters. Definitely not me! Well whatever...

The cold water splashing on my face waking me up from my thoughts. I dry off and get dressed. 'Whats the time?' *9:30* was in big red glowing letters. I jump on my bed letting my thoughts take me away. It didn't last long though. I was awoken by a loud shutting on the door downstairs. He's home. I pray hoping he doesn't come into my room again. I already gotten beat till I passed out... It was 1am, just let me sleep! Lost in my panic, I hear a knock on my door. Is he...not drunk?

I tried to make a 'come in' but I couldn't say it. Was I too scared? God just stop being a wimp.

"Hey bud, you awake?" I hear a soft spoken voice say from outside my door. It's scary how different his voice can change within a matter of seconds.

I quickly reply with a 'mhm' of sorts.

I heard the door handle turn but then quickly being let go of. I sigh and try to drift off into sleep.

I'm having a wonderful dream...

Me and Tommy are sitting in a wonderful field with so many flowers and bees. There's a small wooden table with a tea set. We were having a tea party. There was honey, macaroons and These really good biscuits that Tommy gave to me one time at lunch. We were wearing flower crowns and Tommy was showing me moves he learned from his brother, techno. Oh, It was so nice and peaceful...

I wish i didn't have to wake up.

I wish i could stay here forever.

I wish

But I'm not.

I'm not free.

And I never will be...
