Summary: John goes to Trial for murder because an exorcism went bad

As John's girlfriend/boyfriend you never thought you'd be in this position

Your a lawyer, your sibling laurel got you into the whole injustice thing and now you were defending your boyfriend in court

When John was arrested he made the mistake of having one of his business cards on him and once the officers found out who he was they immediately thought he was a crazy person because of the time he spent at Asylums, Mental Facilities and Ravenscar hospital

"He clearly has trauma from his childhood and that trauma had concocted delusions of demons" Niki said and you were about to say something when she interrupted you

"How about no jail time and a 5 year sentence to Starling City mental facility" She bargained as you shook your head

"I at least think my client should have a fair trial, You have no proof accept that he was there!" You argued and she rolled her eyes and scoffed "He has been convicted of murder before" Niki tried and you heard a sigh come from John's lips as he expected some type of reaction

He had never told you he'd been convicted of something before, He expected you to drop the case and ditch him, but you didn't care. You used to be a Criminal so his past didn't affect you much

"Just because someone has a record doesn't immediately mean they committed a crime" You defended as the judge slammed his gravel (I think that's what it's called) into his wood piece in front of him

"Enough! This is not a school debate this is a court room! Now do you two need a minute?" The judge said as they both
shook their heads and sat down

"Since you both can't reasonably do this we have a CSI testifying" The judge said but didn't have time to elaborate as barry came slowly running in

"Hi I'm Barry Allen" Barry said as he sat down and the judge looked at him annoyed

"But you already knew that" Barry laughed out nervously. You shot a glare Barry's way and he nodded

Barry started explaining things that could have happened mostly in John's defense, until Niki stood up after some guy came in with a folder

"What if John Constantine was the green arrow?" She blurts as she stands up and evreyone looks confused and John rolls his eyes and face palms as he shakes his head

"Bloody hell" He mutters to himself

"It would make sense, with all the trauma he's suffered it would make sense it turned him into a killer" Niki says as she gives a paper to the judge and starts handing the jury one and eventually hands you one

John was sent to a prison after you cleared the charges about the stupid green arrow comment

You enlisted Chas for help

"What's up with the leather?" Chas asked as he met you outside the prison

"Oh it's my sisters old Black Canary outfit, before she got the White Canary one" You responded with a smile

"So how do we-" Chas started but stopped when you screamed and the cameras and lights shattered like glass "Get in" He finished as he watched what you were doing "We climb this fence picklock the door" You stopped mid sentence and handed him a knife and a gun

"Just in case I dont get all the guards with my scream, shoot them in the leg that way they'll live" You continued as you both ducked upon seeing a guard

"3....." You started "Maybe we should go over the plan again" Chas said nervously

"2....." You continued ignoring him

"Y/N Maybe we should-" He started but you then you loudly grabbed hold of the fence

"1!" You exclaimed and you and Chas made it over the fence and you immediately screamed and the guards fell to the ground in pain as you pick locked the door

Once you were inside you made your way to the computers to find which cell John was in "Hey who are you guys!" The guard yelled and you smirked

"Oh come on you remember me?" You said playing games as a black mist came out of your mouth and surrounded his face

"Or maybe you don't" You told him as the black mist had disappeared and he looked at his gun and other police gadgets and threw them in the nearest trashcan

"Told you paying Midnight a visit would be a good idea" You gloated as you looked through the computer

You wrote down the cell number as you heard guards coming

"Here find John's cell. I'll take out the guards" You told Chas and he nodded and as you were running out the room he grabbed your hand

"Be safe. Lord knows John would kill me if anything happened to you" Chas said with slight laughter and you laughed as you thought about something

"Not that he could kill you" You responded with laughter and he nodded

"Chas Mate" John said a smile brewing on his face as Chas picklocked the cell door

"Let's go" Chas said ushering John out of the cell, they both suddenly heard someone get slammed into a wall

They looked down the hallway and saw you laying on the ground practically unconscious and John ran to you almost instantly and used a sleeping spell on the guards

"Shes fine she just hit her head a little hard that's all" John told Chas as he carried you into the backseat

As Chas started driving you stirred awake your head in John's lap as you saw the two men laughing

"What'd I miss?" You asked as you awoke to the two men laughing

"I was just saying I should try to get arrested again but instead of Chas coming to my cell you come and I watch as you take out the guards looking all badass in that outfit" John explained and you burst into laughter as well

"Maybe I'll wear this when we get home and its just you and me back in our flat and I could-" You started but was interrupted by Chas coughing for you to remember he was also with you guys

"Sorry Chas" You said as he shrugged and you all burst into laughter after John make some cheesey pun
