24 | The way I fell for you

Spruha's POV

"C'mon , Prisha! It's fine. Don't take that fight so serious. You know you both were already angry on eachother , then." I tried explaining Prisha as we sat in th garden of the campus.

Yesterday Prisha and Varun had a tough fight and since then , prisha is giving him a cold shoulder. Jealousy is really a bitch! Inspite of varun explaining Prisha that Nikita was like a sister to him , but she still doubted him!

I really feel pity for Varun! He was trying so much to work with their relationship and prisha was stubborn. But yesterday , he left her all alone and gave her her space.

My thoughts wondered to Varad. Will we be the same this way..?? Will I be jealous if I see any girl near him..?? Will he fight and argue with me..?? Will he leave me---

I was thinking , when Prisha interrupted my thoughts , "What about you and Varad?" She asked me.

"What? What about him??" I asked her confused.

"C'mon , almost everyone knows , how much time you spent with him... How you ogle him with everyone around , how you become conscious whenever we talk about him. You love him , don't you??" She said with a faint laugh.

"I do... A lot" all came out in a whisper.

"I heard that!" Prisha said in my ears giggling.

"Not now , Pri!!! Please" I said as she started teasing me.

"Thank god! At last I made you smile!!" I said and we both hugged.

"You're coming for the match , right!!??" I asked her as we shared a kit-kat.

"Umm... No. I know he's sad I don't want to see him like this. I know he'll be distracted if he sees me." She said sadly.

"You're coming! And that's final. Don't worry about him." I said winking as an idea popped my mind.

Playing cupid , aren't we..!!?

"Why are you so eager , for that god damn football match!!!????" Prisha groaned. I laughed , teasing her showing my tongue 😛 I went.

"Hey Varun!" I greeted him seeing him coming towards me.

"Hey Spruha! How's my darling!!??" He asked. Indeed lovesick!

"You love her so much , Varun!! Fights happens between couples , but avoiding and not talking will help???" I asked him. He was sad. He should have been. For once , pri should've trusted him!

"I was hurt! She doubted me?? I tried to explain so many times!! For once , she must have trusted me??" He said as a lone tear escaped his eyes.

"Shh.. it's fine. She's guilty too! She loves you so much!! At the end of the day , you'll be together! I promise!" I said as he hugged me.

"Thankyou cupid!!!" He said and we both burst out laughing.

"Best of luck , for your match!! She is coming for the match!!!!! You've to win her as well as the match! 😉" I said and he smiled. We bid bye , and left for our ways.

We were seated in the football court to see the match. I , prisha , Pradnya and shivani were munching popcorns and chatting.

Soon , the match was started. Prisha squeezed my hands , she was nervous. I assured her. We saw Varun coming in the field , I waved him and he waved us back smiling. I thumbs up h winking and saw pri. I know she was blushing 😁
