we were called insane or crazy
but we were just special
we saw the world in a way that no one else could
but no one would believe us
instead they locked us up in buildings
in a room with just a bed no window to look out of
we were stripped off of human rights
they treated us like animals
when they themselves were the monsters
we were all trapped in there
that's what drove us into insanity
not when we were freely roaming the world minding our own business
we were driven insane by these people you called "doctors"
