the classroom used to have many children chattering away
telling random stories and laughing at every little thing
but everything changes when the adults come in
they sit in silence
no one talks and no one moves unless told to
but that doesn't stop the adults from doing nothing
everyday it's the same
the children wait for the adults to call out for one student, they wait for the student to come back
but they never return
sometimes when they're really quiet, they can hear the cry of the students who disappeared
they say you can still hear the cries from the abandoned school across the streets
sometimes you can hear laughter or the loud clanks of heels on the wooden flooring
but one thing never changes
the facts that many children here, could never go home
