Chapter 12 Thinking It's All A Dream

(Lucy) my eyes opend and I felt soft on my back and then i relized that I wasn't in the small room anymore I was in a proper bed i felt wired my first thought that it was all a dream and that i was in my own room and my house i slowly get up and then i looked around and then i relized that the room i was in must of been Hedwig's room  because there was drawings on the walls of animals and stuffed toys as well i smile i was happy that i was still there but then I stopped thinking happy thoughts they all went dark as my mind went to the beast, the beast I said oh my god I hope that Dennis is OK i needed to see so I got up and then a cry came. Out of my mouth, as I then remembered that the beast torn off some  my flesh from my leg so I limped it was better than it was but it was still hurting I got to the door placing my hand on the cold metal twisting it in my surprise it wasn't locked and it was open i poked my head down the corridor the walls and floors was yellow but it seemed quite i steped out walking down, the floor beneath my feet was cold and they made a little bit of a noise. as I got cloeser and closer to the first room I hered the TV I stepped in and waited by the door frame I thought I was going to see Patricia or Dennis but there was someone new he was sitting on the couch  his focus removed from the TV to me and then he smiled "you must be Lucy?" he said i nodded

(Barry) i smile standing up and walking to her Hay baby doll my names Barry I say smiling

(Lucy) i smile please to meet you i say he smiled at me and he was very handsome and he looked nice like i could really get along with him" it's so nice to meet you would you like any breakfast?" he said walking to the kitchen i followed him yeah sure I smile

(Barry) oh help yourself, orange juice?"

(Lucy) please i say I watched as he poured the orange liquid into a glass and handing it to me i turned and put some bread into the toaster there was a question what was burning in me to ask so I did, what happened? I asked his crystal blue eyes looked into mine as he opened his mouth then closed it again before folding his arms he then started to talk

(Barry) well the beast was coming after you to kill you but Dennis wouldn't or couldn't let him touch you he helped me and some. Of the others to push the beast back and to take the light it was an effort but it worked thank god I rolled my eyes but yeah Dennis helped me to put the beast at bay

(Lucy) at bay? I asked

(Barry) it means to get pushed to the darkness and he will be held there and also you was hurt and Dennis carried you to Hedwigs room he put you in bed and then he stayed with you but he didn't want to go he was so sorry for what happened but now I'm back in charge and I'm going to make sure that this won't happen again and also I've never seen Dennis like that with anyone before he cares about you alot he also likes you and i see clearly that you like him right? I asked she never said anythink she just smiled and blushed deeply i giggle I then continued im so so sorry that this has happened to you, you can go if you want to you have a life go back to that if you want baby girl, ill be back in a minute I say walking out of the room

(Lucy) i nodded as he smiled and walked out humming to his self happily i smile reaching up to take a plate out and then the toast popped up i smile taking it out and then rushing it onto the plate because it was hot ouch I say I then all of a sudden feel two strong arms around me pulling my body into there's "im so glad that your ok" I here I smile turning around seeing Dennis there i hug him

(Dennis) i don't know what i would have done if the beast.....  I stopped looking away im so sorry i really am i was so stupid to go along with it I pulled away from the hug a little looking into her eyes she looked so happy to see me i was so happy to see her., her hand reached up touching my cheek i shut my eyes taking her hand pressing a kiss on her fingers

(Lucy) Dennis im here that all what matters stay? Please he shook his head his eyes went sad

(Dennis) i..... I... I can't im not even suppose to be in the light Barry told me to keep out of it for a while untill he can trust me again maby  a few weeks he said that Patricia can't have the light ever again until he says and that will be a long time i told him to not go that hard on Hedwig his only a kid so Barry said that he can have the light time to time but i said ill take his punishments for him i don't want hedwig in the darkness it's not good for him, I just wanted to make sure that you was alright and I just couldn't stop thinking about you I needed to see you, I kissed her lips and then pulled away

(Lucy) but I don't understand your the one who saved me from the beast your the one who helped Barry be back in charge again!

(Dennis) i know but it doesn't matter now you will be going anyway so I won't see you i want you to have a life for yourself if not for you for me as well for us do everything what we could never do together  i huff patricia was right you can do so much Better than me, i pull her to me for one last kiss her lips where so warm I wanted her to be happy i pulled away i just wanted to say that I.... I, I

(Lucy) i looked at him Dennis your more than enough I want you.

(Barry) ohhhh my god I'm so sorry about that baby girl he took the light from me for a second he knows that his not  supposed to but he doesn't listen i then looked at her she had tears in her eyes baby girl? I say as I hug her tight she cried into my arms

(Lucy) Barry let me cry into his arms and then we sat in the sofa he said he didn't mind getting his top wet with tears it was old anyway it broke my heart how  Dennis thinks that I could do better than him his perfect Barry sat there and listen to me as I spoke about Dennis and my feelings towards him

(later that night)

(Lucy) me and Barry sat on the sofa watching a film he stayed with me all day making sure I was OK i turned to him and then spoke. i think that im going to go i say he looked at me

(Barry) i nodded ok i say I looked at her he will be fine im sure of it and so will Hedwig she nods I could see how worried she was about them

(Lucy) anyway I'm not going forever im coming back i mean if that's OK with you?

(Barry) i smile yes of course his only been pushed back for a punishment i will let him have the light as soon as I can trust him again i said she nodded moving up to me and resting her head on my Sholder
