Dear Tristan,

Did you know, when I woke up in the hospital, no one was there?

No one knows I woke up then, and I hardly remember it because of the large dosage of morphine that dragged me back into oblivion.

But I woke, even if slightly, and I couldn’t see anyone.

I just saw the bright white that covered the room

And you have no idea how much I prayed and hoped that that would be the end.

That it would all finally be over.

That’s all I wanted.

Why can’t they realize that?

Lots of love,

Scarlett
