I saw a post on pinterest about reading as a reader and reading as a writer, at first I was like noo that doesn't happen to me but now yup it does.
I can't just read a passage or book and be like that had a nice plan/plot and just like admire characters. I dont think oh that was a interesting article to read at school. No.
When I read a fictional work it's like my brain judges the structure of the story and how it was thought out. The description of things and characters it's all like judged and I think if ways it could've been done better. Certain sentences could have been put together different where it flowed better, there are points were you're vague or you're overly descriptive you want to be in the middle.
I'm reading Caraval and sometimes I feel like the author is overly descriptive she uses figurative language to describe and it just doesn't make sense. It's a great story with an Interesting plot and characters but just the odd description like manner throws me off. No hate to Caraval or it's author, I love it so far!

And when I'm reading articles for class I judge the way the author structured It and where the paragraph cut off is off and I look at the word count and think if they had elaborated on this this or that they could've made their article lengthier and more captivating and persuasive if they are persuading. On the opposite side I am reading one article that is 42 paragraphs just about the origins of the industrial revolution and the way we are reading it in class analyzing each section  and taking notes, it just takes so long and it's only the origins of the industrial revolution not the actual revolution! Just ugh!
This is just one of my rants!
I am probably gonna rant about my bestie soon! In a good way!
