On Suicide

Suicide, depression and various mental ailments have become widely studied through the advancement of neuroscience and psychology since "The Myth of Sisyphus" (the work that will be discussed) was published.

Thus, many of the concepts Albert Camus discusses as solutions to the issue, to whether or not someone should kill themselves, should be considered as ways to rid oneself of a bout of suicidal nihilism and not clinical, neurologically induced depression.

Suicide and depression is far harder to control than Camus makes it out to be and should be treated by the help of professionals.
