People believe that Griffins are supposed o watch over gold mines and hidden treasures.
Humans also believe that Griffins were born to be enemies with Hippogriffs.
If Griffins mate they have to stay together with their mate forever.
If one of the mates die the other mate has to stay alone for the rest of its life.
