Kiyoomis way of showing affection is physical touch so he just sits of atsumus lap in like a bear hug type thing and ether just refuses to move or gives him hickeys but not in a sexual kinda way just like a back off he's taken type thing
Atsumus neck isn't sensitive at all so when kiyoomi gives him hickeys he barely feels anything however his skin is really sensitive to bruises so it always shows up like a dark black/ purple and osumu and suna tease him cuz he never realise that there actually there till someone points it out
