[synopsis]
In the Big Apple, there isn't much for a sixteen year-old Louisa Carmichael to do. After the death of her father, she finds that its hard to live when there is nothing to live for. But when her long-estranged mother drags her to the Golden State, she finds that theres more to life than what is seems.So Louisa sets out to find the thing she desires most: happiness.
