Y/N STROLLED DOWN THE SIDEWALK OF HER STREET, casually walking towards her house in the spring heat. She adjusted her book bag over her shoulder, brushing dirt off the backside of her shorts. "...Another long day of school..." She whispered, putting her hair behind her ear.
Since her last period class was P.E, she got to change into comfortable clothes rather than her uniform skirt and shirt. But this meant she extremely exhausted by the end of the day.
She reached her arm over her steel fence, opening the gate to her and Valentina's home. Y/n entered the front yard, being sure to close the gate securely behind her.
She walked through their freshly trimmed yard, passing by the vegetable garden that had started to grow fresh produce—
Y/n stopped in her tracks, gradually turning to the garden.
All of the plants had wilted, their leaves brown and crinkled. The tomatoes were rotten, the carrots were moldy, and the cabbage was swarmed with flies.
"...What happened to the garden?"
As soon as she whispered that, she felt a heavy amount of cursed energy nearby...
