"Hogayi hei Shaadi. Ban gayi ye meri patni. Now she is not Gauri Sharma. She is Gauri Omkara Singh Oberoi. Omkara Singh Oberoi ki patni. Oberoi khandaan ki bahu. Aur mein apni biwi ke khilaaf ek shabd nahi sunonge." Omkara said coldly

"Just because you married her doesn't change the fact that she is a girl with loose morals. And she took advantage of you when you were at your lowest point, being heartbroken and all. I heard the whole story okay. About how you two missed your train and spent a night together. Don't think you can pull wool over everyones eyes" Anupama said

Omkara smirked

"Aunty ,you should have atleast changed the plot a little. Then maybe it would have looked legit" Omkara said making Anupama frown

Omkara turned to look at a teenage girl nearby

"You heard the story the woman just said right? Have you heard of that anywhere before?" Omkara asked

The girl nodded

"Then tell them where you heard the story" Omkara prompted

"Jab We Met" the girl said

"Exactly. I was trying so hard to figure out where I have heard this story before" another woman said

All the hateful eyes turned on Anupama.

"Anupama ji. We know you have a grudge on Sharma family ever since Rudra hit your son. But we didn't expect you to point a finger at Gauri in revenge." Another woman said with a shake of head

"Why did Rudra hit her son?" Omkara asked

If the guy is anything like his mother, then he definitely deserved the punch ,Omkara thought

"Arjun bhaiyya gave Gauri didi a love letter. So Rudy bhaiyya punched him" the teenage girl provided the information

"Love letter??" Omkara asked in amusement which soon turned into a frown

If Rudra punched Arjun for a love letter ,what would he do when he hears about how he married Gauri.

Anupama hurried away from the group of people humiliated by the turn of events.

Omkara turned to see Gauri staring at him blankly

Gauri's mother was still crying and Jhanvi was looking worried at the two ladies.

"I.." Omkara trailed off not knowing what to say.

"Om. I think we should go home and talk" Jhanvi said

Omkara nodded and held Gauri's hand

Gauri looked down at his hands and then looked at him again.

She was staring at him blankly

He could see that she is in shock.

Her hands were clammy and her skin looked pale.

Her pupils were dilated and she had a dazed look in her eyes

Hopefully nothing serious,  Omkara prayed

He lead her towards the car and she walked with him still not reacting to anything.

"Oh god" Vasundhara cried

Jhanvi held the weeping woman in her arms and lead her to the car.

Omkara held a glass of salty lime juice to Gauri's lips.

Her color was coming back and Omkara sighed when she blinked and focused on him
