"Hear me out, Tony. That doctor, the psychiatrist, he's behind all of this." Steve implored, that familiar earnestly honest look upon his face.

T'Challa suddenly leapt over a truck, rather dramatically and making Talia jump, in his Black Panther suit, "Captain."
"Your highness."

"Anyway," Tony drawled impatiently, "Ross gave me 36 hours to bring you in. That was 24 hours ago. Can you help a brother out?"

"You're after the wrong guy."

"Your judgment is askew. Your old war buddy killed innocent people yesterday."

Talia frowned, which didn't go unnoticed by Tony.

"And there are five more super soldiers just like him. I can't let the doctor find them first, Tony. I can't."

Natasha stepped forward then, cocking her head, "Steve . . . you know what's about to happen. Do you really wanna punch your way out of this one?"

He just shook his head, turning to Talia, "Are you here for them, or for us?"

Silence fell on the group, but Talia didn't waver,
"Don't patronise me Steve, I'm here to make sure none of you kill each other, because I guarantee you'd regret it," hr gaze softened, "Most of us were all friends once, and I don't know about you guys, but I still care about all of you."

Tony yawned, which she knew wasn't to undermine what she'd said, but for appearances sake, "All right, I've run out of patience. Underoos!"

A web come shooting out of nowhere, stealing Steve's shield and binding his hands together, Talia couldn't help but smirk a little bit at the surprise on their faces as Peter flipped onto the scene.

"Nice job, kid."
"Thanks. Well, I could've stuck the landing a little better. It's just the new suit... Well, it's nothing, Mr. Stark. It's--it's perfect. Thank you."

This time Talia couldn't help but chuckle at the boy and the embarrassed expression on Tony's face- he shot her a loathing glance.

"You've been busy." Steve noted, perfectly calm despite the bindings.

"And you've been a complete idiot. Dragging in Clint. 'Rescuing' Wanda from a place she doesn't even want to leave, a safe place. I'm trying to keep . . . I'm trying to keep you from tearing the Avengers apart."

The way his voice shook at the end caught Talia, who realised how much bigger this was than Tony and Steve, this was a family breaking apart, one she only observed. Suddenly she felt a bit out of place, like she was intruding.

During the silent moments of the impasse that lay between them after Tony's demands for surrender, she pushed those thoughts away, she had a job to do, what she'd always done, protect.

Something, sort of.. appeared from the ground, flashing into a man in an odd red suit, handing Steve his shield, "I believe this is yours, Captain America."

"Oh, great." Tony scoffed, "Alright, there's two on the parking deck. One of them's Maximoff, I'm gonna grab her. Rhodey, you want to take Cap?"
"Got two in the terminal, Wilson and Barnes."

Talia perked up at the name just as T'Challa growled, "Barnes is mine!"

"Hey, Mr. Stark," Peter piped up nervously, "what should I do?"

"What we discussed. Keep your distance. Web 'em up." He may have sounded irritated, but he threw a glance her way, that told her enough, so she nodded in understanding, she'd monitor Peter.
"Okay, copy that! Hey Talia, how cool is this!!"

Sam and Bucky were running through the terminal, heading to hanger five where the quintet was, when they spotted something crawling on the glass ceiling above, "What the hell is that?"
"Everyone's got a gimmick now." Sam grumbled.
