Shoot! Someone must of listened to are conversation, but Percy had bigger problems now, like the knife sticking out of his chest, he quickly summoned some water and ambrosia, both doing there parts in healing him. When he felt well enough to stand, he stood and faced Mal and Evie.
"What were you thinking!" Percy roared at them, they flinched. "I could have died!"
"But you didn't" Carlos quipped, Percy growled at him.
"Calm down Percy, think happy thoughts" Thalia tried to comfort her cousin.
"What happy thoughts? Annabeth is alive and here but this stupid mission is holding me back from searching for her."
"Percy, there's something we need to tell you" Nico started nervously, "the gods lied"
"What do you mean?" Percy asked
"They swore that Annabeth was alive here and there's a student named Annabeth Queen that goes to Auradon prep"
"No, that's not true, your lying to me"
"I'm so sorry Percy" Percy was mumbling unintelligible things before he broke completely, his bright eyes darkened and his raven black hair grew blacker till it was a midnight black.
"Hey Percy, are you ok?" Annabeth was the only one that had ever seen this side of Percy Jackson, the only one that could calm him down, make him stop, but Annabeth was dead, and there was no one stopping the demon that Percy Jackson had transformed into, the grief to much for him, he had finally cracked, Tartarus, losing Annabeth, everything was starting to take its toll on the poor hero and he finally exploded, the dark energy making him as powerful as a primordial, rivaling even Chaos in his grief.
