Alright let's just get this out of the way Goku vs Superman is an old battle that dates back to when the Buu Saga was still airing.
Now the main thing people don't get is THERE ARE DIFFERENT VERSIONS!!
I'll go through a quick list of Supermen: New 52, Post Crisis, Pre Crisis, Superman Prime, Superman Prime One Million, and Earth 2.
Now people don't seem to realize there are other Goku's.
Here's a short list of Goku's: Dragon Ball Super (Anime), Dragon Ball Super (Manga), GT, Xeno Goku, and Super Dragon Ball Heroes.
These are short lists not every single version ight? Good.
Now I'm gonna put in the more clear cut fights.
New 52 Superman is probably one of the weakest Supermen but still has some good feats. New 52 was able to fly from the edge of the universe to earth in 2 weeks making him MFTL (Massively Faster Than Light).

New 52 also is able to bench the planet for 5 days on end and only got a single drop of swear at the end of it.

Also when I say weakest I'm comparing him to the other Supermen listed here not the overall weakest.
Now supes at this point should be around Solar system level in Durability, Attack Potency and Striking strength. His speed as I said before should be MFTL in his all around speeds like Travel, Combat, Reaction, Travel and Flight.
Now that's a pretty SWOLE Superman right?
HA not compared to Super Goku from the Manga. Also Super Goku from the Manga and Anime have different Scaling which is kinda weird but still.
Manga Super Goku is Stronger than New 52 due to multiple factors.
In Strength he's easily solar system due to him believing at the very beginning of the Super manga that he could beat Super Perfect cell with only Super Saiyan while image training.
