Alright hi howdy how ya'll doing? Hope you all are having a nice day. Anyways enough greetings your here for the answer who wins? Aizen or Madara?
The answer is Aizen and here's why.
Let's first go over how Death Battle structured the fight cause they made so that Madara in base would fight Aizen who was also in base. So base Aizen vs base Madara, well uh Aizen win if it's that.
One of the main factors is that Aizen can't be seen by regular people and Madara has never been stated or shown to be staring at or fighting souls but hey let's say he can for some reason. So Madara has been shown to cut mountains casually in his Susanoo along with being able to use a Tengai Shinsei to basically shit on the shinobi alliance while not even trying that hard.

Madara also has had titanic battles with Hashirama in the past and has consistently been shown to bonk the shit out of Kurama whenever he wants and this same Kurama who wasn't split into two yet has been stated in the data books to have the power to turn the world into ash when sealed inside Naruto.

Now if you wanna take this at face value then go ahead. As for speed Madara should be around relativistic to basically speed of light levels in his base due to scaling above the likes of Haku who has been stated to be at the speed of light in the data books along with scaling above Darui who uses light rays to essentially mimic speeds that should be relativistic.
