I've packed most of my stuff. I'm not taking my bed. My parents are selling it because they got me a new one and had it delivered and set up in our new house. My bed in Virginia is too small for me. My parents couldn't afford a new one for me so I had to keep this one.
At least two or three times a week, maybe four on some weeks, this happens; "thump." My parents told me exactly what they said when they heard it. I told them if they ever hear a thump or something in the night, that I probably fell off the bed.
They told me that they said this; "Did you hear a thump?" My mom asks my dad.
"Yep," my dad replies.
"Katie fell again," my mom then says.
"Yup," my dad says back to her.
This started happening four and a half or five years ago, me falling off my bed. I got taller and yeah. It's a twin bed but a little bit smaller than a normal size twin bed.
My parents also bought me suprise furniture too.
The reason I had the small bed in the first place is because I wanted it. Jase had a couch bed until the old couch we had in our living room got a hole in it from the dog we used to have. It was a six year old dog from the animal shelter. The couple that used to take care of it passed away. The woman was eighty and the man was eighty- two.
We were about to trim her claws when they were long and one day when she got on the couch which was already old, she got her claws stuck in a tear and tore a hole in the couch. Her name was Bronzer because she was tan and black. The couple named her. Bronzer was a pretty minature pincher dog. She lived to be thirteen and passed away as a healthy dog in her sleep. She was eight when she tore up the couch on accident.
It has been almost a week and tomorrow we are leaving for Florida. Everything is ready to go. When we get there we will be resting and settling in.
"Katie, is everything ready to go for tomorrow?" My mom yells and asks me.
"Yeah," I say back to her.
"Jase, all ready for tomorrow?" Mom asks Jase.
"You know it," He replies back to her.
"Have you seen my toothbrush?" Jase asks me as he walks in my room.
"No, have you looked in the bathroom?"
"Yeah, obviously. That is where it should be."
"Well don't come looking at me for answers to where your toothbrush is at. I didn't touch your toothbrush."
"You didn't take my toothbrush?"
"Why would I want your toothbrush?"
"Because you're my sister and I think you would take it from me."
"I don't want your stupid toothbrush."
"Well if you see it I need it."
"Sure thing little bro."
