Pema: your daughter is so beautiful hasn't she found a boyfriend yet?
Yasuko: No, she's pretty busy at the hospital so she has no time for romance.
Pema: She's 24 years old and never had a boyfriend before..... you know what ? i actually know this lovely young man. He's an officer plus he's also really tall and handsome. I bet she'd love him. I can bring him as a guest to the ball tonight.
Yasuko: of course that would be wonderful just make sure he's a gentleman with my daughter
Pema (smiles) : Of course he'll be nothing but a gentleman tonight.

It was 7:30 PM and I was late to this small little party my mom wanted to throw.... lately she's been throwing parties hoping I would find a "man." Now there's only one problem with that. I'm actually not interested in romance. I've never felt anything for anyone so I kind of think I'll spend my life alone. I mean it doesn't sound like a bad idea. I make a good amount of money alone plus one day I'll take over future industries. I basically have my life set and I don't need to worry about depending on some guy to bring in the money. I just wish she understood that but she keeps on insisting for me to fine a "man"
Knock knock
Yasuko: Asami! hurry up everyone showed up hours ago you need to come downstairs
Asami: I'm coming!
I put on a tight red dress and finish putting on my makeup. If it wasn't for the fact that there was food downstairs I would seriously just knock out right now and Forget about the stupid party but I haven't eaten all day so I guess I'll dance a little, eat and then call it a day. Ehh after a short time I finally headed downstairs and everyone looked my way as if they've never seen me before. I slowly walked around and greeted the guest.
Bolin: Hey sami!
Asami: Bo ! What are you doing here ?
Bolin: Turns out Pema is trying to set you up with my brother
Asami: oh really?
Bolin: I know I know he's not your type
Asami: I've just never seen him in that way you know ?
Bolin: of course I know that but people just don't understand you
Asami: I just wish they could leave me alone. anyways it's my love life not there's
Bolin: Hey how about you dance with me to pass the time ? Would that make things better?
Asami: you know what I'd actually love that
Bolin: for real!
Asami: yeah
I take his hand as we slow danced together
Bolin: okay I can only do 3 songs with you because I actually told my Friend that she could come to the ball with me
Asami: ohhh is she your girlfriend???
Bolin( blushing):what ?! No ... I mean is she beautiful ? Yes, is she totally my type? Definitely ! But she seems to be interested in Mako
Asami: well if she doesn't fall for your charms then something must be wrong with her.
Bolin: AH ! She's actually here right now !
Asami: where ? I need to see this girl ?
Bolin: that girl with short hair and the blue dress
I looked at the other Direction
Asami: Wow she's actually really pretty
Bolin: I know right she's just so perfect
She looked amazing. I can't even believe she has a thing for mako but I guess that's what she wants... mako then Came closer to us
Mako: excuse me but may I take this dance?
Bolin: of course I actually have somewhere else to be now !
Asami: Bo wait !
Mako: looks like he was in a hurry
Mako smiled and reached out his hand so I sighed and danced with him for the rest of the night. It was nothing special. All he did was talk about himself and to be honest all that talking just got me way more tired. So once the party was over I went straight to my room and knocked out.

Next morning at the hospital
I absolutely hate working long shifts. I just never have time to hang out with my friends anymore and it kind of sucks, but right now I'm super hungry so I guess I'll get something to munch on.
I headed towards the vending machine and tried to look for a change in my pockets but I got nothing. Ohh this is a horrible day I just wanted a quick snack !
I hear footsteps behind me
Korra: do you need to borrow some money?
Asami: oh hey it's you ....
Korra: yeah um I never got to introduce myself I'm Korra
Asami: I'm Asami
Korra: oh I know bo talks about you pretty frequently
Asami: oh does he know ?
Korra: yeah but don't worry it's all good things. Ways I can always buy you a snack
Asami: oh you don't need to
Korra: just let me buy you a snack it's not a big deal or anything... so which one do you want
Asami: well I was just looking for some chips
Korra: and that's all you're gonna eat for today??
Asami: well yeah I can't afford to actually having a meal break
Korra: that must really suck
The tan girl puts same change in the Machines and got me the bag of chips I wanted
Asami: thank you so much
Korra: no problem!
Asami: So what are you doing in the hospital? Are you sick ?
Korra: oh no my dad had a job injury
Asmai: oh I'm sorry is he okay ?
Korra: yeah they had to give him a few stitches on his hand but he's fine now
Asami: I'm glad he's okay
Korra: yeah but Um I actually have to get going I guess I'll talk to you later sato
Asmai: yeah I'll see ya next time.
Once we parted ways I opened the bag of chips and ate them so fast I was starving and they tasted so amazing I just couldn't help it!
