Chapter 28: Ranboo's POV

Ranboo POV

I stared at the chaos of what is happening below us...I was silent, I cannot do anything but had to watch all of this chaos happened

I looked over to the man who planned all of this to happen, Schlatt

Even tho its not his physical body he is using and he is possessing someone I can still see what he really looks like before he died...

I do feel bad for that Wilbur guy who is stuck in his mind right now because of Schlatt but I can't do anything to help him, Then I heard Schlatt's voice

"Ranboo join the chaos and at least kill one of them"

I stared at him in shock "But Schlatt I thought my orders-"

"SILENCE! You do my order goddamn right now!"

I shakily nodded and teleport down where the chaos and destruction is happening

I pulled out my netherite sword and stared at my reflection..Why am I still doing this? Is this even right?

~Flashback~

"Mom!" I screamed while tears were falling out of my eyes, I know any type of liquid will hurt me but I don't care at that in this point

I watched how my mom was killed...Those humans stabbed her all over and over again

I had to watch it all

Meanwhile my dad was carrying me to safety

He put me down in a small basket that fits for me, and patted my head with a sad smile on his face

"Dad..?"

"I know my boy but I have to protect you.."

"Dad please no" I said shaking my head

He just wiped my tears away making me wince at the progress and he kissed me on the forehead

"I'm sorry Ranboo, I will miss you.."

He then pushed me off the cliff

"DAD!"

I felt myself passed out by the impact, I dropped my head into the box and slowly let my eyes closed

The last thing I heard was shouting of my dad...

I will seek revenge for you two...

"Ranboo..."

I felt myself opened my eyes. I look at where the voice came from...It was Jack

"You traitor" He said pulling out his sword and in a defense pose

I stared at him with a sad expression

"I know..."

"why did you do that?" He asked still in his defense pose

I smiled sadly "It was never meant to be"

He looked like he understand my pain so he slowly let go of his sword and stood there

"Do you..regret doing all of this?" He asked again taking his sword that he dropped and putting it back

I nodded feeling sure I am... "Yes"

"Did you do all of this because of your anger in humans..?"

I stared at him in shock but I nodded

"Yes"

"Can you please tell me the reason why? we should sort things out.." He said

I felt...Trust, I nodded once more. agreeing to him "Sure.."
