With luggage by her side, Jiyoon felt a light breeze against her. Taking a deep breath of fresh air which gave a tingle in her nose, she observed people getting picked up at the terminal.
There was still a week left to the end of semester break yet she had already returned back to the city out of loneliness and boredness in her hometown. Just thinking about it made her sigh.
Pressing her lips firmly, she fished out her phone from the side pocket of her outerwear and made a phone call to her dear friend. But to no avail, her call was directed to a voicemail. She frowned as she looked back at her phone screen of her friend's contact.
Soon after, notification popped out at the top of the screen.

A small sigh then escaped from her lips. Leaving her no choice, she pulled her luggage along and strolled her way to the bus station in defeat.
After an hour of commuting, she finally reached her college which was not even half filled by students. Walking like a zombie to the female dormitory, she brought her feet back into her shared room with her friend, Aera.
Right after she had closed the door behind, she plopped herself on the bed with her arm placed on her forehead. She then felt her tummy growling of hunger. Ahhh, I had an early lunch.
She got on her feet once again and took her valuable items before leaving her room to head to the convenience store for snacks. But just when she turned the corner of the hallway, she spotted lights coming out from a room she knew.
Turning the knob after giving a few knocks, she pushed the door revealing her coursemates. "What, you guys are already here?" She asked.
The girls spared her a glance before resuming what they were doing as if it was normal for her to crash into their room.
"I have training." Hyunjin answered.
Heejin raised her pointy finger. "Me too."
Jiyoon blinked her eyes as she stepped inside after closing the door. "But you guys are studying...?" She eyed her friends for a moment.
"Nah, I'm reading comic." Hyunjin said while pulling up the book for Jiyoon to see.
"Me too." Heejin repeated.
Jiyoon ohh-ed before throwing herself at Hyunjin's unoccupied bed.
"Then why are you back so early?" Heejin questioned.
"I've got nowhere to go. Parents out for a business trip and I'm just so bored at home." Jiyoon sighed with her legs sprawling on the bed. "And I seriously thought Aera would be at home at least but nope she's hella busy as well."
Hyunjin nodded without leaving her gaze off the book. "That explains."
"I'm soooooo booooooooored~" Jiyoon whined with her eyes closed in frustration. "Yah, Heejin."
