Canada woke up to see Germany sleeping the same bed as him he stare at him for a second brain still processing what's he doing there then getting out of the bed he walk to the bathroom and started showing Germany walk in then brushing his teeth Canada felt a little better at least something is normal but Germany got into the shower with him Canada had a panic

Embarrassed he didn't know what to say it felt like he lost his voice he didn't make eye contact or look at him he simply cleaned himself and left grabbing the towel drying himself off and change into his new clothes he didn't wear he was about to leave but Germany pulled him into a kiss before he left Canada grab his stuff and walk out the door

He couldn't tell anyone and can not meet or see him he walk down stairs to Belarus and knock on the door then realize he told them he was at his moms for the weekend so he tried to leave but Belarus open the door and saw him "Canada?"
