Hiiiiiii! it's been like, what? 4 or 5 months. I'M SORRRRRYYYY. I don't think anyone actually cares enough to hunt me down but still, please don't kill me.

The days passed by quickly after that, and Harry found himself learning more and more about the magical world.

One day in potions class Professor Snape had them create babbling beverage. Kyrios and Harry partnered together and started working immediately. Ronald had partnered up with Seamus Finnegan and had managed to explode their cauldron and the unfinished potion all over themselves.

"Idiot! You're even more incompetent than Potter, Weasley!" Snape snapped

Ron grumbled and glowered in Harry's direction, "Sorry."

As Harry turned in their perfectly crafted potion Ron shoved his entire body into Harry causing them to topple over and fall to the ground. Harry cupped the vial against his chest to prevent it from shattering, rolling to the floor. Unfortunately they crashed into a cupboard and ingredients spilled all over the floor

Kyrios started to make his way to Ron but Snape got there first, "Weasley! What are you doing in my potions lab?"

"I-" Ron started

"That's be 10 points for disrupting class, 30 for ruining my potion ingredients and," Snape glanced at Harry, "50 points for actively trying to harm another student. As well as 2 weeks of detention."

"He's an evil snake! The next you-know-who!" Ron shouted back

"Lay off him Weasley!"Kyrios growled

"And you Lestrange! You're just another Death–"

"Make that two months of detention Weasley, get out of my classroom." Snape said

"But-"

"OUT!"

"Flying lessons with Gryffindor?" Theo groaned loudly

The Slytherins had woken up one morning to see a new notice posted in the Slytherin common room that made them all groan. Flying lessons would be starting that day — and Slytherin would be learning with Gryffindor.

Harry had been looking forward to flying more than anything else, but now all he could think about was not making a fool of himself on a broomstick in front of Ron. It must have shown on his face or by the way he picked at his food because his friends soon questioned him about it.

"Harry? Are you alright?" Blaise asked softly, "You've barely touched your food."

"Yeah...I'm just not looking forward to flying much," Harry mumbled

"I thought...never mind," Theo said. Kyrios pursed his lips in worry, though he knew not to pry. It was Harry's own business after all.

At three-thirty that afternoon Harry and the other first-year the Slytherins hurried onto the grounds for their first flying lesson. They stood by a bunch of broomsticks on the ground as instructed by Madam Hooch. A woman with short, grey hair and hawk-like yellow eyes.

"Well, what are you all waiting for?" she barked as the Gryffindors arrived, Ron shooting the Slytherins all a dirty look,  "Everyone stand by a broomstick. Hurry up." When everyone had gotten beside a broom she commanded them to put their hand over the broom and say up.

"Up!" everyone shouted. Harry's broom flew to his hand at once causing him to jump in surprise, but it was one of the few that did. Blaise's broom barely moved, while a girl from Gryffindor's simply rolled over. A small smile graced Kyrios's face when Ron's broom smacked him in the face.
