quirks: OFA and Dragon king
OFA: you guys know the usual
OFA, black whip: Blackwhip grants the user the ability to produce black energy tendrils from any part of their body and command them at will. This quirk appears to be powered by emotions, primarily anger, meaning the greater the anger, the stronger the quirk becomes.(the 5ths quirk)
OFA, float: Float allows the user to levitate and suspend themselves in mid-air (the 7ths quirk)
OFA, Danger sense: This Quirk allows the user to detect any potential threats in the surrounding area, thus giving the user the opportunity to properly react to them quickly, similar to a sixth sense (the 4ths quirk)
Dragon king: gives the user dragon like ability's, The user is able to breath in and out any element he currently controls(basically eating the element). He can use it to envelop any part of his body to attack. Also gives the User a x 50 strength enhancement (can be fused with OFA). Lets the user have wings and turn into a dragon.
