"Hey Mom" I greet her as we arrive to her room

"Hello, how was the drive?" She ask us as she tries to get up of the bed

"Don't you move from there" I tell her as she gives up and stays put

"The drive went well, I had a little nap while jayje drived" Emily explains her

"That and an emergency stop to pee" I tease her

"It wasn't my fault" Emily declares as she turns around

"Right, I'll go and firm the papers" I comment as i go to the receptionist to asks for the documents before we can go out of here

"Did you finish?" My mom asks me as I'm putting all my information there

"Just a few minutes" I reply as I sing it and give it back to the receptionist that takes it with a smile

"Now we can go" I announce as I take my mom's small bag and watch as Emily helps her with the crunches

"I don't know who I'm gong to walk with these things" mother complains as we enter the elevator

"You get used to it Sandy dint worry, I felt the same when I was like that too, but I have to say that jayje here was very patient with me" Emily explains her as she looks at me co fussed

"You had a broken leg?" My mom inquires as we arrive to the parking lot

"Yeah, a few years back" She responds with a smile as we get in my car and drive to her house

"And why didn't I know about this until now?" Mom inquires looking at me

"I didn't have the time to call you then mom, you knew how difficult that case was for us" I reply

"I still don't know why you both agreed to that" she admits as we get into the car

"It's our job Sandy, it's not like we can let innocent people die" Emily answers her

"No but, I can't have Jennifer go through that again and nether you Emily" she says

"It was only a broken leg and a couple therapy seasons with JJ here, now we are healed after all the bad stuff that happend" Emily tells her

"When you go please be safe it's all that I ask for the both of you" Mom says as I park the car on the drive away

"We will try okay, do you want me to help you go to the front door?" I ask her as I hand Emily the keys so she can go opening the door

"No I can do it, I have to get comfortable with this" Mother responds as why some difficulty she goes to the front door

As I, as always have to carry the suitcases and her bag inside and close the door

"Jennifer pick up my phone it's ringing" Mom orders me as I leave the things on the floor

"Where do you have it" I ask her as Emily helps her with the stairs

"On my purse" she answers looking at the stairs

I nod and go to search it, looking for her purse noticing the volume of the ringing phone to know where she had it

'Who is it?' I inquire as I found it behind a pillow from the couch

'Little Jennifer it's that you!' Jeans voice comes from the other side

'Oh hi aunt J, how are you?' I ask her as she was my mother best friend

'I'm good, old but what can we do, your mom told me that you were going to have a baby' She inquires

'Yes, we are pretty excited about it' I admit as I can't wait to know what are we having

'And tell me how is her name, who is she?' She asks me about Emily

'She is a co-worker, but before that she was my best friend, do you know-

'It's was that girl that your mother could not stop talking about, saying that she was already sick of hearing you complain without making a move, what was her name-

'Emily, Emily Prentiss' I answer her laughing

'Anyway, I didn't expect you to answer, I was just calling to know how was your mother feeling' She asks me as she change the conversation

'She is a little pain in the ass-

"Jennifer! I'm still here and I can guarantee you that I'm not deaf" I hear mom complain and I go to take a look, they are in the same spot since I started this call

'I'm going to pass tomorrow to see that old lady, tell her that she is a clumsy old thing' Jean tells me as she laughs out loud into the phone

'Sure aunt J, bye' I say as I hang up and go to help my two disaster women

"Girls let the expert do it" I comment as Emily goes upstairs to lay down informing us that she was getting tired

"Don't you want anything to eat something baby?, We didn't stop for lunch" I point it out

She shakes her head and dissapears around the corner

"You should make something either way" Mom comments as we climb one more stair

"She doesn't want anything and I can't force her to eat, I'll make her something for dinner" I tell her as I matter of minutes we are already at the top of the staircase

"I think that I can take it from here" Mom states as she looks at her bedroom door

"Don't be like that and let me walk you there, I promise that I won't look when I help you change into your pijama" I joke as she reluctantly takes my arm

"I would not expect it any other way being you but don't you dare to open those eyes that I gave you" she tells me as she lets out a laugh

"What did Jean told you?" She asks me

"Yeah, I forgot, she is going to come to see you tomorrow, although I think that she wants to meet Emily more than see you" I state as I help her change

"That woman is never going to change" she comments as she looks at the picture of both of them in the frame
