"So we got nothing" Morgan exclaims when I come back from leaving Sandy at her house
"We know that Amir has them" Reid points out
"Good one kid" Morgan tells him as he seats
"Did you see the tape you told me about?" I ask them, they all nod
"Its in the computer" Aaron clarifies as he turns
I sit in front of it and press play, what I did not expect was an small guy helping the unsub
"Do we know the identity of the other man?" I ask them
They shake their head before Reid answers me
"Garcia is still running it to check if he is charged with anything, and also checking the car, but considering this unsub it might as well be a stolen one, we need something more" he says
"Okay so, I'm Amir, the last time I nearly kill two FBI agents and in the process my helper gets caught, what makes the mission go wrong, why did he wait that much, why are JJ and Emily his victims once again" I inquire to the rest of the team as they stand thinking
"Maybe he wants to finish what he started all those years ago, we might have to rebuild the profile for this one, the last time we thought that Darren was the brain of the operation but we were wrong" Reid says
"We know that Amir Khan is more intelligent that we thought" I say as I agree what genious boy says
"Okay then Morgan, you and I are going to pay a visit to Darren, maybe Khan has been keeping contact with him all these years, Dave and Reid, stay here and work on more possible theories for the case" Aaron orders as he and Derek get out of the room
'Penelope, what did you find?' I ask her as she calls me
'We have the other guy, the name is Sean McAllister' She says
"What can you tell us about him Garcia?" Reid asks her as he is already with a pen to write on the white board
"Let's see, he did not finish high school, never got any job, but there was not the problem there, he had absolutely brilliant grades at school, but got suspended for getting into too many fights with other students, and not only in high school" she informs us
"So good grades but a bad personality" I say as Reid writes something on the board
"Garcia, do you know if he was ever threaded with some sort of medication?" Spencer asks her as I hear her typing
"I don't find anything in here why?" She asks him as she continues searching for more
"Some gifted kids had a very bad temper regarding their peers, sometimes that has gone hand in hand with a mental illness, not that I'm professional about it, but people who have a high IQ are very easily manipulated, it would be even possible if he didn't want to start those fights" Reid explains
"So it was for preer pressure, to have something to fit in, I imagine that being a gifted kid must be exhausting, to the point that you want just even a little bit of acceptance" I states as Reid agrees
"Okay thank you Garcia, call us if you have anymore information, Hotch is calling me" I tell her as I hang up and take the other call
'Tell me that you got something?' I ask him hoping that they found anything more than us
'Well Darren didn't want to talk with us, he was silent when we asked him questions but he gave us an USB' Derek explains me
'And what is happening there?' I inquire nervously as Reid listens near me
'I already told Garcia to send it to you, you might have it now' Hotch says as Spencer checks it, and nods when we see the new message
'Its better if you both see it while we talk to the guard to gave us access to the visiting list they have in here, we will be back in ten minutes or less, depending how much they take he adds as Reid is already ready to watch the tape
'Okay, call us of you find anything new, in the mean time we will watch the video' I respond as he hangs up the call
"Press play, I want to know already what is happening" I order the kid, he does and the image in the first few seconds is all darkness
Then we see JJ tied to a chair looking around the room with water around and trying to get out with a timer to her right
"Does this have any sound?" I ask him as he tries again but it doesn't work
"What are we going-
"Oh god, is that Emily we are seeing in that TV?" I ask Reid as he zooms in more and more
"Yes, but then what is JJ doing looking around the room?" He inquires thinking
"Doesn't it look like an escape room?" Reid says
"Yes it does, but what does this have to do with medieval torture techniques?" I ask him confused as why the unsub has changed his plan now
"This techniques were one of the most useful torture methods back then, it was the most common one, having someone you cared about losing their ability to live if you weren't quick enough to finish what they had planned for you and as you see that the other person is less and less strong you are more likely to fall deeper into the trap" He explains me
"So this is a trap for JJ, but how, that Sean moron is hitting her, how is this a trap?" I ask him as I continue to watch it
"According to the timer Emily has three more hours to live, we don't know when those images were taken but-
"Lets call Garcia, maybe that Sean had any properties at his name" I tell him as he nods
'Penelope, does Sean has any houses or big flats on his name, we are searching for a a wilde propertie, being Amir, he would not have Emily and JJ too much apart from each other" I order her
'I have a match, but this is too extrange' She informs us
"What is it Garcia?" I inquire as I look a the ticking clock
'The property is not Sean's, is actually from his aunt' She responds
'And where is his aunt right now?' I ask her, may be this is helpful for us
'His aunt has been disappeared for two years now' She declares
"Two years, right when we found both of them at that castle, so before we got the chance to catch him, he went with Sean, they knew that Darren could possibly put at risk the mission, that's why they had to kill his aunt, because then she would knew too much about Amir" Reid says as I'm going to call Hotch
'Dave I can't talk to you right now, someone has poisoned Darren' He states and quickly hungs up after that
"Darren is dead, he was our other option to make it right" I inform him
"Let's go towards the house, I'll text Morgan the direction, you inform the sheriff" I tell him as he nods
