dear reader
this is my sixty-sixth week in college and i'm in peace.
i persuaded my nurse to take me to the balcony.
as i wanted to breathe in the fresh air.
to admire God's creation.
the light, the trees, the living souls.
the way sea waves come and go.
saying both hello.
and goodbye.
tom: there's a lot in my mind, i don't even know where to began
me: i feel the same way
tom: wanna share it with me?
me: not at the moment
tom: then what?
me: let's just sit in silence and listen to the waves
tom: as you wish
me: thank you for sticking with me through it all
tom: that's what friends are for, harry
me: yes and you're a great friend
tom: far from it, but i'm trying
me: that's what matters
