so we left off with izuku teleporting to recov girl "RG GET NEJIRE SOMEWHERE SAFE" izuku yelled rg came in and almost passed out seeing the sight she then ran and took nejire to the ER izuku teleported back and saw uraraka running away he pulled her back with telekinesis and started walking away with her neck in hand he threw her against the wall breaking her spine making her yell in pain he said in a low demon like voice "that is only the beginning" uraraka pissed herself and yelled "SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME" lida,mina,bakugo,mineta and aizawa ran out and saw uraraka being choked and izuku looking back at them with a death glare aizawa tried to shut out his quirks but his eyes were forced shut and izuku kept choking uraraka turned purple and passed out she coughed blood as she hit the floor and he looked back towards the ones that walked out and they saw this

mineta ran inside and izuku's eyes turned back to normal and he teleported back to rg's office and went to nejire's room and saw that rg was performing surgery and he left and waited outside rg walked out with a sad face "IS SHE OKAY?" izuku yelled sitting up "yes she's just..." "she's just what" he said starting to cry "she's in a coma for at least 3 months" izuku now crying teleported back to uraraka with the same red eyes and started beating the living hell out of her until she passed out and was bleeding from well everywhere and wasn't waking up anytime soon at least 4-5 months
TIMESKIP 3 months later
izuku has been depressed but this time when he visited nejire she would be awake "izuku?" he started crying and ran to hug her he gave her kisses rapidly what was supposed to be a reunion turned into a make out session they parted for air she asked " what happened" " ur-ur-uraraka stabbed you and i thought you were going to die" he started to cry again and nejire pulled him into a hug and said " i'll never leave you"
