The couple had invited their families over for the christmas party. It was a lot of family.
Their close friends were all with their own families so they couldn't come to the party.
"you must be Jacob's girlfriend," smiled an old lady
"yes i am," she smiled at her
"you're even more beautiful in person," the lady smiled, "i'm his grandma, he always mentions you when he calls," she smiled
"thank you so much," she smiled and hugged her, "it's nice to finally meet you!"
"thank you sweetheart," the lady smiled, "i'm going to say hi to other members now. but it was lovely meeting you," she smiled
Eleanor nodded and let the lady go.
"i don't know what you guys put in these drinks but it's so amazing and i want a whole batch of it," isabella said walking towards eleanor
"first of all, you can't be drinking that here it's alcohol." eleanor laughed, "and i'll make you some when you come over,"
"thanks you're the best," isabella said hugging her, "why aren't you drinking?" she asked
"well dont want them to say i'm a drinker," eleanor giggled
"since when do you care?" isabella asked
"now i guess," eleanor smiled
"weird. well jacob has some cute cousins so i'm going to go talk to them bye." isabella said leaving eleanor
"there's my beautiful girlfriend," jacob said going to eleanor
"hi jacob," she said smiling
"hello babyy," he smiled, "all these little kids make me wanna have kids," jacob laughed
"they're adorable, and when they bump into you they just look at you like it's your fault," eleanor laughed
"especially the little one here,"jacob told her
"there's a little one?" eleanor asked
"yeah come see him," jacob smiled and took her to the toddler
"hey buddy," jacob smiled and picked him up and the little boy just smiled
"let me carry him," eleanor said carrying the kid and tickling him making the kid laugh. Jacob and Eleanor spent a couple of minutes playing with the little kid, until his mom took him for his nap time.
Everyone liked Eleanor and Everyone liked Jacob. They all thought they were perfect for each other, and they loved how respectful they were.
Before everyone left the gathering the little boy from earlier went to hug Jacob and Eleanor which surprised his mom because he didn't like being with anyone other than his own mom and siblings.
Jacob and Eleanor finished cleaning the house and sat down in the living room and made s'mores as they gave each other their presents. Each present was special, they had been creative and gone out of the box to make the presents the best they could.
Their night was finished with a christmas movies marathon.
But before the night could end, jacob turned to the girl.
"i can't wait to tell everyone," jacob smiled
"i can't either. it'll bring everyone a little joy," she smiled holding his hand.
