"AN UNKNOWN ERROR HAS OCCURRED." unexpectedly popped up on the screen.

Okay, this is strange. All she did was disable the foreign system that hacked the device, how come something's wrong?

[name] felt her stomach twist. The headset was beginning to get hot too, yet she didn't know if it was just hot in the room, hence her palm-sweating, or it's overheating.

"What does it say?" Bakugo nonchalantly raised a question while sitting across from her.

"I don't know, but it's not letting me safely remove the uninvited admin."

Something was pricking her left palm that held the headset and it wasn't feeling nice. There was this sensation that punctured her like pins and needles.

A spark seared the area around her hand, making her drop it from the alarm.

Blood trickled from the wound of her flesh. Although it didn't hurt that much, the open wound and the aftermath of the explosion made her feel like her atoms were ripping apart.

Crimson was slowly taking over her natural lips color after she bit it hard.

Her wrist was snatched by Bakugo who enveloped a clean shirt around it.

"Can't you be a little gentle? Try having your palms blow up-" she instantly cut herself off as soon as she realized what she just said; his quirk allows him to do that for God's sake.

[e/c] eyes blinked several times while gazing at the blond who had his eyebrow raised. "I take it back," she asserted.

Resuming to type on her laptop, she visited her conversation with Hawks.

No way...

"What?" he stared at her dumbstruck face, turmoil, and uneasiness gradually crawling up to him.

"They found out...the villains." she sighed deeply. "We need to find their hidden camera before they come-I mean, we're not sure they're attacking, but we have to rush. It's bad enough to have ears in this house, let alone let them have eyes on us.
