This is a toxic and abusive relationship. No matter which way you put it Junko doesn't give two shits about Mikan and Mikan has clearly been abused in someway to think it's okay as trial three with the whole "my beloved" bullshit, Junko has a history in either killing or abusing those who have "fallen in love" with her. She killed and betrayed Mukuro(who as we know from the anime was actually in love with her) and she killed her childhood best friend and crush Yatsuke Matsuda. This isn't healthy in the slightest no matter what.
