December 25, 2017.

It had been a few weeks since Thanksgiving. Alis went back to school and Lyra went back to filming. Last week was the last day on set of The Originals. Lyra was one of the last people alive on the show, which was saying a lot because she was only a vampire. Kassidy, Lyra's character, was Klaus' love interest. She had been ever since The Vampire Diaries. Kassidy promised Klaus that she would take care of Hope and raise her as if she was her own. Lyra missed being on set of The Originals, but what she didn't know was that she would be cast in Legacies because she was Hope's caretaker. She'd probably get killed off in that show, I mean, how do you last through three shows and spin-offs and still be a main character? You don't.

Today was Christmas. Sebastian and Lyra weren't filming, and Alis' school was on Christmas break. Lyra had decided that she would tell her family she's pregnant. She told her friends, but she didn't feel like being lectured about filming multiple things while pregnant by her mother. Christmas was at Lyra's house this year, many of her friends wanted to be there since they didn't get to go to the Thanksgiving get together. Lyra had a lot to do to prepare for today. She sighed and rolled over, wrapping her arm and leg around Sebastian's body. He groaned, notifying her that he was awake. Lyra thought Sebastian in the morning was one of the best things to experience. She rubbed his arm and placed a gentle kiss on his soft lips. His eyes began to flutter open,

"Good morning, doll." He said before reconnecting their lips, "What time is it?"

"Six." Lyra replied.

"Are the kids awake?" Sebastian asked.

"Nope. Not yet."

"You know what that means we have time for?" Sebastian smirked.

"I do." Lyra said, flipping herself on top and straddling him as she pulled the covers over both of them.

Once they were done, it was about time for the kids to wake up. Sebastian begged Lyra to get in the shower with him, but she declined. She didn't want the kids to hear what they were doing. Instead, she went into the living room and connected her phone to the speakers. There were multiple speakers around the house and once one was connected, they all were. She then turned on the playlist she made of Alis and Sorina's favorite songs and went to each of their rooms to wake them up. The first song that turned on was Usher's 'Dj Got Us Fallin' In Love'. This method of waking them up was the only one she could use to prevent a grumpy Sorina. She went to Braxton's room first. He was already awake and shaking his butt around in his crib. Lyra picked him up as she sang the song, causing him to smile. She danced with him to Alis' room. She put Braxton in Alis' bed, waking her up,

"Hi bubby." She smiled, holding his hands and shaking his arms to the song. Alis realized it was Christmas and ran into the living room with Braxton following behind her. Sebastian was standing in the doorway, with a towel around his waist, brushing his teeth. He looked down the hall at her with a confused look before walking down farther to Lyra. Sebastian looked in her eyes and she couldn't keep hers up. He quickly went to the hall bathroom, spitting the toothpaste out and running back to Lyra, connecting their lips, creating a long and passionate kiss between the two. She pulled away from him, smiling widely,

"Go put some clothes on and wake up your daughter, I'm getting in the shower." She stated, he muttered a sarcastic 'yes ma'am' causing Lyra to laugh and stick her middle finger up at him behind her back. As soon as Lyra got in the bathroom, she heard the song change to 'Hey Ma' which was one of her and Sorina's favorite songs. It was in The Fate of the Furious. The first one without Paul. She began to sing and dance as she undressed herself and got into the shower.
