Just Deal with It

Raven's POV

After I saw Dexter and Duchess I started walking. I walked really far too.When I finally stopped walking I was at the very end of the Enchanted Forest, and about to enter WonderLand Grove. I sat down, hugged my knees, and rocked gently. "What did I do?" I said out loud. I don't have any doubts about not signing,  it feels good. I just can't believe I did it!

I had fallen asleep at some time while I was there. I was really confused when I woke up literally right between the Enchanted Forest and Wonderland Grove. That didn't make me forget about what I did on Legacy Day though. I'm still in my Legacy Day outfit and my feet are starting to hurt from these boots. I took them off and walked barefoot back to school. My feet are killing me! Then I realized that I don't have to walk all this way. Fairy Fale! "Hello Raven, You have powers!" I said dummly to myself. I spread out my arms much like a bird, purple mist-like smoke swirled all around my lower body, slowy I levitated. I've never flown before so it took me several tries to gain balance. I fell like three times, once on my lower spine which really hurt, and twice on my face which now has two scratches on it, one on my forhead, and one on my cheek bone.

Once I got back to Ever After I could already feel an intense vibe, and I'm not even back on campus yet. Ever After Plaza is now called Book End? Maddie's hat store is closed for good, and the whole area is painted differently. The only things that are still the same are Ashlynn Ella's shoe store, Poppy O 'Hair's beauty salon, the coffee shop, and pizza place. Still barefoot I ran quickly back to the school. There was chunks of broken glass from the mirror platforms, and freshman were cleaning up everything from Legacy Day. Then I saw Maddie sitting at a fountain sipping tea, just the rebel I wanted to see. "Hey, Maddie" I sat down next to her. "Oh, Hello Raven." she said in a less animated tone. "What happened to Ever After Plaza? Why is it called Book End now?" I asked. "Its called Book End now because, there will never be another Legacy Day." she said. I looked at her sadly. "Oh, don't worry. Thanks to you a lot of the Royals and Rebels are doing what their heart desires now!". she said becoming more animated. "What do you mean? Who's doing what their heart desires?" I asked getting hexcited. "Well, because Legacy Day was ruined so early, most of the students who didn't sign yet are questioning their destinies and thinking about writing their own story like you!" she said pouring me a cup of tea. "So, no one's upset?" I asked taking the tea. "Well Apple White was pretty upset." she said. "Was?" I asked. "Yes, was. I guess she's too sweet to stay upset with you." she explained. "Wow, but aren't you upset about losing your hat store?" I asked. "Not really, Making hats is dad's thing I'll just stick to tea. Gasp Raven! What happened to your face?!" she said touching my scratches. "It's a long story Maddie." I said

I went to my dorm to finally get out of my Legacy Day clothes and shower. Apple wasn't in the room when I walked in. After I showered, I put it on some pajama shorts a tank top, slippers, and a thin robe. Apple walked in. She had a smile so big that it was possibly Kitty Cheshire mimicking her. "Apple?" I said nervously."Hi Raven." she started humming. "Are you okay?" I asked. "Of course! Why wouldn't I be?" she said putting her red lipstick on. "So your not upset?...about Legacy Day I mean?" I said. "Its just Legacy Day. You can always sign the book when your ready." she said walking to the bathroom. I guess she didn't get the memo. Sigh, What more can I do? Obviously she's convinced her sweet little mind that I'll always be apart of her story. So I guess all I can do is deal with everything coming my way. I put my headphones on then sat in my arm chair with my feet propped up on my bed, and read a magazine.
