Good evening everyone here at this special evening, today we are celebrating a new chief of surgery a new boss a new person who is gonna change grey sloan into even a better place so , to whoever the new chief is as a board member I need to tell you smth

I'm happy to announce the new chief of surgery since it one of my favourite surgeons not only that but I always have supported during my attending and residency years, this is a special day to me too so everyone put your hands together for the new chief of surgery doctor miranda bailey.

I cant believe it , I'm the new chief surgery , omg! . I stood and went to the stage to say my speech with all if the doctors and nurses still clapping and cheering.
Speech: good evening dear doctors and beloved ones , since I started my internship here at( seattle grace hospital ) the old name of grey sloan memorial * and I was dreaming up high , this is a dream that came true as I say those words I want to thank chief webber for everything and special thanks go to some special people
Please my first ever intern class members stand up
Dr merideth grey , Dr Christina yang, Dr Alex karev , Dr isobelle Stevens, Dr George O'mallie.
You are the best intern class in this hospital and I've been honored to be your resident , and it's a pleasure to grow up and be chief of surgery seeing you people grow up with me and becoming attending in a few weeks , I want to thank all of the doctors who have risked their lives and worked here with their love and support, I want to thank my husband Ben Warren for standing by my side , this is emotional.

I was not surprised that Bailey was promoted to be chief of surgery instead I was so happy she deserved it and I'm looking forward to be working with her as chief .
