Childish Council

Percy had been turned into a child. A 5 year old, to be precise, by accident of the Hecate cabin.
Now the rest of the 7 and other campers were stuck with watching a hyperactive ADHD kid. Though, him being without his PTSD was, apparently, the only streak of luck as Percy had temporary amnesia due to regressing.

While it was kinda cute to look at, he was also unable to lift up weapons. Mea~ning he was a walking monster buffet as a defenseless child of the BIG3.
A super POPULAR one at that to their growing dismay.
"Fantastic" and "Great job, Perce" were said by his friends in sarcasm while they wallowed in their selfpity.

They also couldn't allow him anywhere near any weapons, especially bows and arrows.
He once managed to pin Nico to a tree..!! How in Tartarus he managed to do that when he wasn't even aiming at the boy is a question better off answered by either Apollo or Artemis... Or Hephaestus and maybe Hades - who knows?

There was another problem as they soon discovered...
Kid Percy had a blast using his future selves powers:
_Like talking to Pegasi, which most tried following him around camp when they so much as sniffed him. It troubled the riders and caretakers to no end as they were suddenly shaken, thrown or dropped off out of seemingly nowhere.
_Or him drinking water in floating bubbles like an astronaut, though that was on the cute side if he didn't throw them at anyone after that...!
By Hades! Even Chiron wasn't spared. He got called a pony and Percy tried riding on the man's back... Poor Chiron. Tough Mr. D got a good laugh out of it.. until he got downed by his own drink-turned-waterball.
_Or him playing hide and seek with them. It turned out to be a drag as Percy convinced Nymphs and even the Harpies to not touch him or tell the others where he was - especially after nightfall, until he'd fallen asleep.

How he did that no one figured out and it was driving the Athena cabin crazy.
The Hephaestus cabin even tried building a 'Percy-GPS', again.

It was a headache the size of Zeus' ego to keep this one kid out of trouble - much like it was for his grown self!
... It would explain how he became like that, it was such a strange quirk they wondered if the Fates had anything to do with it. At the same time, many respected his mother Sally Jackson for single-handedly taking care of him as a child.

And as if it couldn't have gotten any worse, as they're so often proven to be wrong, Percy completely disappeared after lunch, throwing the camp into mass hysteria. Including Nico Clarisse, which meant the former also didn't know where the strongest Demigod of all time had ran off to now.
Annabeth seemed to be getting wrinkles the more Percy did that. It could also very well be because she fears a repeat of last time, where Percy had also lost his memories and ended up being at a foreign camp as a preator... which they thought was most likely the case.
But according to Nico, who'd checked Camp Jupiter with his sister Hazel, Reyna and Jason's help just in case, Percy also wasn't there.

Now as for the Demigod in question, Percy was having a nice afternoon nap... At the coral reef at the bottom of the lake, far from shore. He'd gotten there via sleepwalking.
He slept for about some-ish 20min, oblivious to the chaos occurring on land, before a dolphin found him. The dolphin found the sight of its young lord, even younger, simply adorable and decided to show it to its Regent King, aka Poseidon, taking Percy with it.

They arrived at Atlantis and many eyes bulged out of their sockets at the sleeping human child that breathed underwater.
A few thought Poseidon had another affair resulting in a new Demigod-son.
They alerted Queen Amphitrite and Prince Triton of their find.
The queen, enraged, immediately went over and received the dolphin in front of the palace. Triton caught up to his mother soon after that and received both of them in the throne room.

Amphitrite began throwing a fit, destroying a couple of ornaments and patches of ground, before her son had the chance to ask the water-dweller where the child had even come from. He had to occasionally move his head out of the way as some things his mother threw around flew quite far and close to him.

When he heard that the child was found at the lake of CHB, Triton took a closer look at the child and his essence... It was Percy. 'Of course...' He sighed, leave it up to his brother to cause a mess.

He called his mother, informing her that he hadn't gained another sibling and it was only what seemed to be a shrunken Percy Jackson.
She calmed down, assuming a more regal posture again... even if everyone with a working eye or more could see the damage she had done in her rage.

How Percy hadn't woken up from that was a mystery.
The demigod son of Poseidon they knew was a light sleeper that would wake up if he heard blue pancakes (any kind of blue food) or the Athena child he's so smitten with shouting his name from the other side of their camp.

...Speak of the godly parents and they shall hear; Poseidon arrived just then, having heard of the ruckus happening at his home. When he saw the child and heard the report from his older son, he was overjoyed.
He could finally spend time with Percy as a child when he couldn't do so previously!
He sent a quick message of thanks to Hecate without giving a clear explanation to the confused goddess. He was then informed by a silver arrow in the sky above his under water city that the previously scheduled council would soon be in session. He'd left before just to check up on the situation, leaving the council.

He took Percy without a second thought and left for Olympus.
Poseidon flashed in front of his throne shortly after in a heap of bubbles, Percy floating in one near his massive shoulders.
No one noticed, thinking the god was simply being childish.
Not even the pair of siblings and falcon-eyed bow-users Apollo and Artemis senses anything off. Nobody, with the exception of Hestia. She felt something from her domain over [family] that Poseidon was very happy...
The entire Atlantean Royal family for that matter seemed to be somewhat out of it. Maybe she'd hear the reason for that later.

For clarification, Hestia had already arrived at Olympus before Percy had even disappeared so she had no clue about the circumstances there and Dionysius as usual didn't care, only stayed as far away from the noise when he heard about a shrunken teenager. He shivered at the mere thought.
He didn't even want to be around 11 year olds.

Meanwhile the campers were running around as if someone had told them that Medusa and some Drakanaes were stalking mortals or a certain pair had somehow managed to fall into Tartarus again. In other words: like headless Demigods.
Eventually Piper had managed to charm speak every camper to calm down by Chiron's request.
It worked for the most part, except that some felt numb in their legs afterwards. Wonder why that was...

Chiron then told them to split into teams and scout different parts of the camp while expanding the search radius in the process. If it was a negative, they are to send one of their members back to report. In case they need him he'd be at the Big House trying to figure out where he could've gone, if not maybe reach one of the gods for help. Maybe they could send a package to Percy and ask Hermus to return the recipient upon delivery.
Same for camp Jupiter, only difference being that they are to report to Reyna or Jason while Rachel (R.E.D.) is trying to contact Apollo.

Let's hope they find him before calamity strikes in the form of a 5 y.o. at a council meeting of the Gods of Olympus. Yikes!
