"if you make me deal with a sobbing azalea on this flight." alex warned as fae and azalea hugged, azalea reached her arm back and flipped off her boyfriend. "dude, she's gonna like cover your face with a jacket on the flight if you keep pissing her off." sapnap laughed.
karl sighed dramatically looking at his wrist where an invisible watch laid. alex placed his hand on azalea shoulder, "come on, we gotta go." azalea did a fake sniffle as she stepped back form the hug.
fae wiped the nonexistent tears, though if they stayed there any longer tears were bound to come. "until we meet again." fae said dramatically. "no such thing as goodbye only see you laters." azalea sniffled, turning around just in time to see a two mothers giving them weird looks. "okay, now were leaving." azalea said, grasping the sleeve of alexs sweatshirt. "okay bye fae my love!" she yelled, fae sent her off with a wave.
"you okay?" karl asked as they made their way through the airport towards the exit. "no." "not even sugar coating it? okay then, wanna go to target?" fae looked up, "can we get strawberry ice cream?" he nodded. "please."
the pair sat in the car, olivia rodrigos new album playing quietly as the sun slowly set. "oh my god!" fae gasped, karl glanced at her. "hm?" "its like deja vu but strawberry ice cream in not malibu with tears and salt!" she said quickly, "wait." fae paused. "okay, so translation, its like deja vu but not in malibu and with salty tears." she scoffed waving her hand at him, "yeah, that."
fae cheered as karl parked. "lets go!"
