born in October 15, 2007 in Tokyo, Japan and raised in New Zealand with her mother and brother. she began to play guitar, sing at church, join a choir, and join a dance crew.
at the age of 11 years old. her, her mother, and her brother moved to Seoul, South Korea. where her brother could follow his dreams to become a dancer. where one day volunteering she got casted by a Big Hit Entertainment staff member.
in 2018 she was signed with Big Hit and was a trainee for 2 years before going on the survival show I-Land along with 23 male trainees. she made her way to debut with Enhypen and her solo career following right behind her debut with the group.
