The world Eren left behind was lonely. Everything was empty and destroyed, the only survivors were the people on Paradis and a few from the outside world.
So, in a way, he had won after all. Nevertheless, she traveled this world with Armin for years until they settled in Paradis.
Some days she was still not comfortable with this peaceful life.
Something had to happen, this world couldn't be that peaceful.
"Well, all right, honey." Armin sat down next to her on the balcony and looked into the hustle and bustle of the newly built Shiganshina.
"He's finally sleeping." He said she nodded.
"He's a little bully. It just depends on his mom."
"Tsk." She said offended. "Can't everyone be like you."
She let out a deep breath and looked at him. He smiled and closed his eyes.
For hours they just sat there and enjoyed life. Until her child started crying again. Armin got up.
"Hey, wait, I'll come with you." She said and hurried after Armin into the room. He lifted the little boy up and hugged him, with his back to her he gently stroked his little head.
"You are free, Eren."
