i don't plan properly, but here are rough notes i had for this book. just if you were curious. sorry if it doesn't make any sense LMAO. it's all over the place, like my thoughts.
Rough Plan lol
- Malia – daughter of Micajah and adah
- mikel - uriah and lena's son
- Malia teaches mikel about the bond
- Malia had a mate – found pretty young – together for two years – he had passed away – he was pack warrior sent to another pack to help prevent rising tensions (disagreements with alpha position) – killed in the process
- It's been three years since
- Malia is healing – looks like Micajah – thick black wavy hair, silver eyes – personality like adah
- Her brother – Jahari was the opposite – looked like adah – perosnality like Micajah
- Malia's bff is akila – jayden's and lyle's adopted daughter – akila is very gay
- Lena and uriah had a son – Mikel.
- Tyler had committed suicide – unmated etc – so lena and uriah had to take over that pack as alpha and luna
- Mikel is now the next alpha in line of tyler's old pack
- Hadnt seen each other at all – mikel vistied – but malia kept to herself in her room like adah, only worsened when mate died– jayden became beta, ryan became gamma
- Mikel had left when he was sixteen (due to tyler passing and lena inheriting the pack). Malia and Mikel had dated for a short while when they were 14/15 – then she found her mate ASAP after he left, now more than seven years since– back then was close with malia – crush – but it had been so long since
- Jahari is becoming King – coronation – still unmated
- Everyone comes over
- Malia comes out
- Sees mikel etc
- Adah and Micajah decide it would be good for Malia to leave Kingdom and grow without being in pain, without reminder of her half's death
- Send her to Mikel's pack
- Fall in love etc
- Rekindled feelings from their youth
- Mikel's true mate comes about
- Mikel is a few months younger than malia
- Malia decides to leave when mikel has his true mate
- But she finds out she's pregnant by him
- Depression again like in the beginning
- Mikel and his true mate come to visit after a few months – his true mate finds out – he hasn't been happy without Malia
- conflict - chosen mate or gifted mate?
- Mikel's true mate leaves when Mikel chooses Malia
- Her pack decides to wage war against mikel etc
- Mikel has a girl best friend
- Malia has a scar on her neck from when she tried to slit her throat after her half's death– only draws halfway – Micajah stopped her
- Her old mate was from different pack, his family from different pack and they meet
A/N - i still want to explore the idea of chosen and gifted mates, and having a bond outside the mate bond.
