Every afternoon I look out of my window,

the old man is walking and smiling blissfully,

as the little children play happily

And the parents are playing with them

Every afternoon I look out from my window,

the old man is now using a stick to walk

kids and parents don't play together

parents with there phone kids together but by themself

Every afternoon I look out from my window,

The old man just sits on the bench

kids and parents lose connections

parents with their phone kids turn into teens

Every afternoon I look out from my window,

The old man goes out less often

kids and parents don't tell each other anything

parents turn a blind eye to their kid's problems

teen start to be very uncomfortable in their own skin

Every afternoon I look out from my window,

The old man doesn't go out anymore

kids and parents only disagree and yell at each other

parents turn to blame their kids for all their problems

teen start to become human barcodes and don't wanna live anymore

Every afternoon I look out from my window,

The old man died yesterday

friends and parents only grief

parents can't figure out what they did wrong

teen complete their wish
