You and your siblings took any form of food you could from the base in order I give to the needy. As well as a few blankets and coats.

With the Avengers

Flag man was talking with a woman about you and your siblings. "Wanda Pietro and y/n Maximoff. Siblings three years and six month difference between the twins and y/n. Orphaned at ages ten and six a shell collapsed their apartment building. Sokovia has had a rough history. It's nowhere special but it's on the way to everywhere special."

"Their abilities?" Flag man asks.

"Peitro's got increased metabolism and improved thermal homeostasis. Wanda's thing is neural electric interfacing, telekinesis, and mental manipulation." Flag man is confused so the woman says "He's fast. She's weird."

"And what about the other girl. The younger sibling. What exactly does she do?"

"She was temporarily experimented on in a separate facility in Siberia. She has the same abilities as both of her siblings as well as enhanced strength and the ability to temporarily interrupt neural pathways when her voice vibrates on a certain frequency." He is confused again. "She confuses people by singing."

"Well, they're going to show up again."

"Agreed. File says they volunteered for Strucker's experiments. It's nuts."

"Right. What kind of monster would let a German scientist experiment on them to protect their country?"

"We're not at war, Captain."

"They are." He says as the door closes.

Time skip

You were told someone wanted to talk to you and your siblings at the old church. You weren't quite sure why but you went anyways.

When you got there someone was sitting hiding under a cloak of some kind. Wanda chose to speak up. "Talk. And if you are wasting our time..."

The strange unnamed being cut her off "Did you know this church is in the exact center of the city? The elders decreed it so that everyone could be equally close to God. I like that. The geometry of belief." you tried to see what he was thinking but couldn't. Clearly your confusion was visible because he said. "You're wondering why you can't look inside my head."

You were a little surprised but still spoke. "Sometimes it hard. But sooner or later, every man... shows himself."

The man stood up revealing himself as not a man but a machine. He spoke again "Oh, I'm sure they do. But you needed something more than a man. That's why you let Stark take the scepter."

Wanda spoke again "I didn't expect... But I saw Stark's fear, I knew it would control him, make him self-destruct."

"Everyone creates the thing they dread. Men of peace create engines of war, invaders create Avengers, people create...smaller people? Uh...children! I lost the word there. Children. Designed to supplant them, to help them...end."

You asked him the question that was plaguing you thoughts "Is that why you come? To end... Avengers?"

"I've come to save the world. But also... yeah."
