Chapter 5

Reńee pov

I wake up to an empty bed but a loud room, I groan rubbing my eyes, I look over at the clock and it says 10:24 am

I sit up and see that it's Lorenzo who is yelling into his phone, I don't know what he's saying though he's yelling in another language

Italian

"Lo voglio fatto e lo voglio fatto oggi! mi capisci, cazzo?" He hollered into the phone, yep it's definitely Italian "get it done now."
(Translation: I want it done and I want it done today! Do you fucking understand me?)

He hangs up the phone and stuffs it in his pocket roughly

He looks over at me and says "I'm sorry Darling, did I wake you?" I shake my head no and he smiles "You have the day off, Alessandro is with my parents so you may do as you please"

I nod and say "Ok are you busy today?" He looks at me with wide eyes "I'm only asking because I already know that I'm going to be bored today" I say chuckling

"Oh yeah Uh sorry Darling, I have to go to the office today" he says and I look down saying a small oh

"You can come with me to the club though" he says quickly "I just have to check on a couple of things at the office and I'll be back so be ready"

I smile and say "ok let me get ready" I excitedly get off the bed but forget how tall it is

My foot gets caught in the sheets and I except to meet the floor but I didn't

I finally open my eyes and see that I'm in Lorenzo's arms "You have to be careful Darling, we wouldn't want you to hurt yourself would we now?" I look up at him and shake my head no

He smirks and puts me down softly, I scurry off to my room to get washed and dressed for the day

I see that Sophia is calling me and I instantly answer "you called me" she says

"I should punch you in the face" I say and she laughs "You laughing now" I say chuckling

I tell her everything and she gasps "Ay Reńee, you slept in his bed?" She says and I groan and say "yes in his bed, it was really comfortable though"

"What are you doing today? We need to properly catch up" She says and I say "um Lorenzo is taking me to his club later to check on things I'll ask if you can come"

"No I don't want to intrude, have fun I'll call you later Te quiero mucho" She says and I say "je t'aime aussi"
(Translation: I love you)
(Translation: I love you too)

We hang up and I look through my closet trying to find something to wear

I finally find the right outfit "Ah this one definitely" I say smiling to myself
